The Coast Guard District 13’s Commercial Fishing Industry Vessel Safety Reference Guide has been updated for 2024. This guide is used by Coast Guard and Third Party CFVS Examiners and CG Boarding Officers as a reference tool to guide them with verifying compliance with Coast Guard rules and regulations pertaining to Commercial Fishing Industry Vessels. The Guide is not an all encompassing resource, but covers most of what pertains to this class of vessels. It can be found here.
