The Coast Guard report on the sinking of the SCANDIES ROSE was released yesterday along with supplemental information. This investigation was the highest-level Coast Guard Investigation, a Marine Board, so the Board took a lot of supplemental actions, including Ice Accretion tests and producing Safety Alerts.
