Course Objective: To build a solid understanding of the U.S. Coast Guard’s Navigation Rules of the Road (NAVRULS) and their practical application in safe navigation. This course is also particularly well-suited for anyone preparing for Coast Guard licensing examinations up to Master or Mate of Less Than 200 GRT.
